The Duration of Prayer Movements According to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Narrated Al-Bara (RA.): The bowing, the prostration, the sitting in between the two prostrations and the standing after the bowing of the Prophet (PBUH) but not Qiyam [standing in the Salat] and Qu'ud (sitting in the Salat) used to be approximately equal (in duration).
